The ocean liner Titanic sunk in the icy waters of the Atlantic Ocean in April of 1912. This disaster was one of the worst maritime accidents of all time. Your job is to gather facts and information about Titanic, its passengers and crew. You will document the series of events that led up to the sinking of the Titanic. 

The Mission

To be able to complete your debriefing you will need  background information about the RMS Titanic.

Debriefing

You will use all your new found information about the Titanic, along with the information gained from the story in our anthology and documentary we watched on the Titanic to create a writing piece (R.A.F.T.) Your debriefing will take place on Friday at 08:20 eastern standard time

R (role) who are you going to be: a passenger on the Titanic, a crew member of Robert Ballard, the Titanic itself, the iceberg, an inanimate object on the ship itself?

A (audience) who are you writing to: a family member, the other boats on the high seas, the ship itself, another object on the boat, a diary?

F (format) what form is your writing going to take: a letter, a diary, a telegraph?

T (topic) about what are you going to write: anything that has to do with the sinking of "The unsinkable ship", hitting the ship, finding the ship in 1985?
